Are you running the latest release of Discourse? We had some INP based fixes a month ago.

Yep! We have the latest release.

I kind of think the tittle should be changed, or tagging. Discourse may have issues with lab tests, but in the real world use it defenetly has not issues with poor mobile performance. So, this is a SEO question, not real mobile performance issue.
