Is there any way for staff to force an email when sending a private message even if the user has selected “never” for “Send me an email when someone messages me”?
We’re hoping to use PMs as the primary way to interact directly with customers. There are some messages that are of high importance and we would want to ensure an email notification is sent even if the customer has set their preferences otherwise.
Does the “This is an official warning.” option when sending a message behave this way?
