活発な vBulletin コミュニティをお持ちのクライアントに Discourse を選択肢として提案しようと考えています。vb5 からのインポートスクリプトがあることは確認できましたが、ユーザー間のプライベートメッセージをインポートする方法は見当たりません。これが事実かどうか確認したくご連絡しました。
もし経験のある方からアドバイスをいただければ幸いです。
また、Business プランを利用すれば、Discourse 側が移行を代行してくれると理解しています。これは素晴らしいサービスですが、クライアントは将来的に Business プランを継続して利用する必要はないでしょう。Business プランを購入し、翌月にプランをダウングレードするのは失礼にあたりますでしょうか。

Discourse pricing | Discourse - Civilized Discussion に記載されている通りです：
1 年契約の事前払いの場合、phpBB、vBulletin、XenForo、Drupal、BuddyPress、Vanilla など、他の一般的なフォーラムソフトウェアからデータを移行できます。
team@discourse.org までご連絡ください。データベースを確認し、インポート時にこの機能をインポーターに追加できるか検討いたします。

I’ll have a chat with the prospective client first and see if exploring this is an option for them budget-wise.

I’ve added PMs to vbulletin and resolved a problem with images attached to, but not linked in, a post from being imported. I’m running a couple vbulletin imports now and hopefully will clean the script up and submit a PR in the next week or two.
