I was wondering if there’s a way I can send people to a private signup / account creation link to my Discourse community that’s closed for public registration.

Yes, visit your user page and press the Invite button – or press the Invite button at the bottom of each topic to invite people to specific topics. You will need to be Staff for this to work, as I recall.

I see on the page that I can send invites to people. But I’d like to have the ability to send a private link to people for them to signup (without making the signup button visible anywhere on the site, for general public to sign up) [Invites]

You’ll see a “copy link” button on the resulting dialog. You need to click through to see that.

Those links are only for a single email address. I was wondering if I can get a link I can share with many people… privately… to set up accounts to my private Discourse community.
