Il me semble me souvenir que quelque chose de similaire s’est produit avec la mise à jour PG12, et je ne suis pas sûr maintenant, mais j’ai dû lancer ./launcher stop app1/2/3 (toutes les autres applications sur le serveur car nous exécutons plusieurs conteneurs) car c’est la seule façon dont la mise à niveau a fonctionné - mais je ne suis pas sûr maintenant.

Je pense avoir posté dans le sujet de mise à niveau mais toutes les réponses ont été automatiquement élaguées - un modérateur pourrait-il vérifier mes réponses là-bas pour voir si c’était le cas aussi s’il vous plaît ? (J’ai essayé d’arrêter tous les autres conteneurs à nouveau, mais cela ne fonctionne toujours pas malheureusement).

Merci, j’ai vu ça et je me demandais pourquoi cela échouerait puisque Discourse contrôle l’environnement via docker - je ne pensais pas qu’une ancienne installation de docker causerait le problème (je me demande s’il est possible pour Discourse de vérifier la version de docker avant de tenter des mises à jour ?)

Donc, une mise à niveau de docker devrait fonctionner ? Ou vaut-il mieux faire ce que Jay a fait et déménager sur un nouveau serveur ? J’avais en fait prévu de déplacer les sites vers un nouveau serveur, mais je mets généralement à jour les forums sur l’ancien serveur en premier…

Il faudrait demander à Jay, car je ne suis pas sûr de l’issue.

Le dernier que j’ai corrigé s’est avéré être un problème d’index cassé.

Je suis principalement en vacances jusqu’au premier de l’année. Il est peu probable que j’aie du temps libre avant le premier.

Merci Jay. Le forum est opérationnel (via ./launcher start app) donc il n’y a pas d’urgence immédiate.

Il me semble me souvenir avoir déjà eu des index corrompus, je vais donc chercher dans mes anciens fils de discussion (bien que je sois sûr que cela ait été signalé par un message d’erreur connexe). Je suis également à peu près sûr que @sam a dit qu’ils allaient intégrer des vérifications pour que la même chose ne se reproduise pas à l’avenir (mais je me trompe peut-être).

Comment avez-vous découvert que l’index était corrompu ? Simplement en essayant de réindexer le schéma ?

Pouvez-vous s’il vous plaît partager votre version de Docker, la version de votre OS et la version du noyau ?

Nous avons eu notre lot d’échecs comme celui-ci, mais je n’ai pas réussi à le reproduire sur mes droplets.

La version de Docker est 20.10.3 build 48d30b5, et le serveur fonctionne sous CentOS 7, qui n’atteindra pas sa fin de vie avant juin prochain, mais la version du noyau (3.10.0-862.11.6.el7.x86_64) ne passe pas vos vérifications, conformément à ce fil de discussion - bien que commenter la vérification comme indiqué dans ce fil ait fonctionné auparavant (même aussi récemment que 3.2.0.beta4-dev (cdbe0f74e8) sur un autre forum sur le même serveur). Le forum avec ce problème est actuellement sur 3.1.0.beta2 (je n’ai pas encore essayé de mettre à jour les autres forums qui sont sur 3.2.0.beta4-dev).

Le noyau est en fait l’une des raisons pour lesquelles nous passons à un nouveau serveur, donc dois-je faire une sauvegarde de ce forum tel quel (3.1.0.beta2) et la restaurer dans une nouvelle installation Discourse pour voir si cela fonctionne ? Et ensuite, si cela peut vous être utile, revenir sur l’ancien serveur et mettre à jour Docker ou le noyau pour voir si la mise à jour fonctionnera alors ?

Une chose que j’ai remarquée, c’est que lorsque je suis allé dans le panneau d’administration/mise à niveau, il a fallu beaucoup de temps pour actualiser les versions, puis lorsque j’ai cliqué sur mettre à niveau Docker, tout ce que j’ai obtenu était un écran vide (c’est à ce moment-là que j’ai essayé ./launcher rebuild.
J’ai un autre ancien forum Discourse sur ce serveur et la même chose se produit ici. Cette capture d’écran pourrait être utile - elle ne trouve pas certains fichiers Docker :

En faisant la même chose sur un forum plus récent (sur le même serveur), je n’obtiens pas les mêmes erreurs lorsque je vais dans /upgrade > mettre à niveau Docker (juste Failed to register Service Worker: TypeError: NetworkError: Load failed dans l’onglet sources des outils du navigateur).

Je suppose donc que c’est parce qu’il s’agit d’anciennes versions (mais je pensais que lorsque ce sont d’anciennes versions, vous mettez généralement à niveau vers la plus récente jusqu’à ce que nous atteignions la dernière version : /)

Ah, je vois. Si quelqu’un peut reproduire cela dans quelque chose comme la dernière LTS Ubuntu ou quelque chose de plus moderne, faites-le moi savoir.

J’ai réussi à déplacer le forum vers un autre serveur via l’importation, je peux donc mettre à jour le noyau sur l’ancien serveur et essayer de reconstruire plus tard si vous le souhaitez - cependant, je soupçonne que ce n’est pas le problème, le problème semble être lié à plusieurs conteneurs, et là où deux étaient régulièrement mis à jour, et deux ne l’étaient pas (c’étaient les deux plus anciens qui n’ont pas réussi à reconstruire).

Quelle était l’erreur ? Vous devrez probablement partager les journaux complets.

Vous devrez absolument reconstruire plutôt que de faire la mise à niveau à partir de l’UX.

Voulez-vous dire la sortie complète ou quelque chose des fichiers journaux ? (Si oui, lesquels ?)

Avez-vous pu construire un conteneur sur le nouveau serveur ?

J’ai installé une nouvelle copie de Discourse, puis j’ai effectué une importation de la sauvegarde Jay (c’est ainsi que je déplace habituellement les forums Discourse vers un nouveau serveur).

Alors, utiliser le nouveau serveur ?

Oui, c’est ce que j’ai fait - je me demandais juste si @Falco voulait que j’effectue des tests sur l’ancien serveur avant de le mettre hors service, au cas où l’équipe du centre de données voudrait enquêter sur la cause de cet incident.
