Appears to be related to plug-ins:
exec failed with the params {"cd"=>"$home/plugins", "cmd"=>["git clone https://github.com/discourse/docker_manager.git", "git clone https://github.com/discourse/discourse-data-explorer.git", "git clone https://myplugins.com/discourse-plugin1.git", "git clone https://myplugins.com/discourse-plugin1.git"", "git clone https://myplugins.com/discourse-plugin1.git""]}
bootstrap failed with exit code 128
Should these be removed?
- git clone https://github.com/discourse/docker_manager.git
- git clone https://github.com/discourse/discourse-solved.git
- git clone https://github.com/discourse/discourse-data-explorer.git

I don’t know reason for that, but you don’t delete any of those. The issue is deeper. Two years ago it was non-english Ubuntu.

Got this error personally the other day when our container couldn’t reach github, coudl you share a (properly redacted) copy of your log so we can see the actual error line?
