Received email logs stopped

Users report that their emails are being dropped. I can’t find any evidence of this in the logs - but, I just tried to create a topic via email and it didn’t work (it worked some time in the past…). And suspiciously, the received emails log stopped about two months ago, which is very strange and almost for sure not correct. Any idea why this would stop working all of a sudden if no settings were changed?

Do you retrieve those using POP3? There is a Ruby bug on POP3 and TLS 1.3 that broke email retrieval that @gerhard fixed recently. Are you on latest?


I believe we are using SMTP. My current install is on version v2.4.0.beta3 +11
