I’ve just started to sketch a Discourse design system on Figma with the aim to have a re-usable template based on Discourse specific styles and components. It’s really at a very early stage, but as this topic came up here and if someone else is interested in such a direction, I’d be happy to exchange or collaborate in PM. The idea would be to build something that can be shared on the Figma community to facilitate sketching themes for Discourse.

I think this is a great idea. I wish I were a designer myself to contribute, but I’m afraid that’s not my area of expertise. But I do hope the idea gets some interest!
