Remove hamburger menu

@rewphus previously suggested merging the notifications button with the profile button:

I might be getting WAY too far ahead of myself, but what are your thoughts on combining the avatar and notifications to clean it up a bit? Something like this perhaps? [image] [image]

This could be taken a step further, merging the hamburger menu in there as well.
