Rendering of curly quotes in category list

In this menu bar:

pull down “all categories” and hover over a category whose About text includes curly quotes. If you hover precisely over the category name you see this:

but if you hover over the teal box surrounding the category name, you see this:

Discourse 2.6.0.beta4, Chrome Version 85.0.4183.121 (Official Build) (64-bit), MacOS 10.13.4.
(Yeah I know I’m behind on updating MacOS, I don’t want all my software to stop working as it would in 10.15, but I don’t think that’s the reason for this behavior.)

I think I fixed it few weeks ago, can you still reproduce on latest please ?
