Category description in category-drop - missing hover tips?

Based on the new release: Discourse 2.0.0.beta5 Release Notes

It says

Descriptions are still provided with hover tooltips

Using Chrome Version 65.0.3325.162 (Officiel version) (64-bit)

The hover function is not the line but need to be the category name…
