Reply as linked topic on docs topic issue

Hello,

On a Docs topic the Reply as linked topic not working.

Repro:

1. Go to a docs topic
2. Click the share button on the bottom of the topic
3. Click the + New Topic button will not open the composer

On console the following error appears
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'topic')

Oh … simplest workaround here would be just to hide that button in this context. But a core fix to the component is probably better.
