Object object when replying in linked topic

On a site hosted by Discourse I tried to reply to a comment in a linked topic.
But when I clicked on the link I got my editor pre populated with:
[object Object]

I am using Safari on current iPad Air.

The same happens with Chrome on Windows.
Clicking “Reply as linked Topic” results in:
