I was wondering if there is ability to report group message statistics (clickthrough rate, conversion rate, bouce rate, fowarding rate). Maybe some kind of plugin, or can it be developed in a way.

If your site has the Data Explorer plugin installed, it should be possible to use it to get data about group messages. On our hosting the Data Explorer plugin is available on the Business and Enterprise plans.
