Request for a plugin outlet on admin badge page

I’m trying to make a plugin that adds additional properties to badges. Ideally I’d be able to just stick extra things above the save button on the admin badge page (see arrow below)

I believe this corresponds to this .hbs code:

Is this a reasonable request? I’ve seen it mentioned in a few topics that devs can request additional outlets? I’d do a PR but honestly I find it a bit intimidating to alter the core code I can if necessary though!
