We currently have an active Business-level subscription.
Initially, when we signed up for the platform, we had certain expectations regarding activity levels that have not been met. As a result, we would like to adjust our subscription to the Standard plan for the next billing cycle.
Our subscription is set to renew in February, so we would appreciate it if you could confirm this change and provide information on any considerations or steps we should be aware of when modifying our subscription type.
