Is there a way to get an RSS feed of activity of my instance and add it to our website or support portal?

Yup. For example, try https://meta.discourse.org/latest.rss.

You can view source for any page and find something like

<link rel="alternate" type="application/rss+xml" . ..

with the link for that page. Or, just blindly stick .rss at the end. . .
