I had not changed anything on the site from when this new permissions group popped up, and from when it was not there.
For what it is worth, there is no group on the site at all that is reflecting this string of numbers and letters. Nothing else seems out of place.

No, afraid not. And the code I pointed out was similar, but different: it was about Category names.

It’s a normal bug though, not a security vulnerability that I should be concerned about.
