Search within the raw data of all topics and posts?

Is there a front end UI search method or tool (or something similar provided by any plugin or theme component) for finding all topics and posts containing a given string within the raw data of all topics and posts (besides using Data Explorer)?

For example, I want to return a list of search results showing all topics and/or posts containing the HTML Inserted Text element </ins>

Searching for "/ins>" (without the opening < and including the quotation marks) should be enough.

Thank you for the quick response :smiley: but I need to find the instances of the string /ins> within the HTML or Markup code rather than the rendered contents - so for example
