I think you understood it totally right. I was just pointing out a pseudo fact, that PWA is really hard to get ID, AFAIK, and then situation where a PWA user would search using ID might be quite rare

you could for example find the topic ID by quoting the to

Topic id (to which I wish to go to) is already known. Its only that in Google (not chrome or any other browser, but), Google Android App, there is no url bar, yet it opens a website just by searching (wo any url bar).
Or say in a PWA (portable web app), where your site opens without url bar.

IN these above cases, it’d be good if we could search the topic id (to which we want to go), thru our website’s search field. And go to that topic id.

You can search within that topic. For example, this topic’s ID is 19084. When I search “topic:19084 the” I can find many posts within that topic https://meta.discourse.org/search?q=topic%3A19084%20the Each result takes me to this topic. Depending on what you need you could also post a link somewhere that you can click. For example in a chat with yourself https://meta.discourse.org/t/-/19084
