I am trying to add a secondary email address, but when I navigate to Profile/Preferences/Accounts it only shows the primary email address, but no add secondary button.

Please provide more info for this issue

Are you admin? The button to add another email address is hidden if the email_editable or the auth_overrides_email site settings disallow editing emails.
