'See who voted' display issue

I think there’s a UI bug with a recent update of this (we installed the latest updates about 10 hours ago and have only seen this since).

Tested in both Chrome and Firefox on Mac.

Thanks all, this looks like a regression from an unrelated change in core. The topic voting plugin relies on some styles that were removed in DEV: Refactor topic admin menu to use `<DMenu>` (#26678) · discourse/discourse@8dd883d · GitHub.
