Select All in Group > Assigned doesn't work

Description
We have a number of historical assignments on a couple of users that we want to remove in bulk. It looks like this should be possible but Select All isn’t working. Clear All is also not working. A couple of users have tried and confirmed this is the case.

Steps

  1. In the group you want to make bulk changes to, go to Assigned
  2. Press the Topic select icon
  3. Press Select All
  4. Button does nothing
