not sure if this should be in #bug or #ux category:
the position of the admin select box (the blue box to choose between actions on the selected post) is misaligned. such that it’s not visible in the page at all.

I can’t repro this here on Meta with an RTL locale. Perhaps custom CSS is affecting the box position on your site @Pad_Pors? Have you tried safe mode?
