Send system messages from multiple users

Is there a way to have the PM that’s sent for system messages include more than one user? The main reason is so that any of the included folks in the PM can respond to any replies to these system messages.

I see the site contact username setting. Can that include multiple users?

More specifically, I only want to include multiple folks for a single system message. We mainly get responses on the Welcome TL1 User message. So, we want to have multiple folks in the loop for replies to any questions or comments that come up after they’ve been promoted to TL1.

No, it cannot. Nor can it be a group. I’m unclear what you want to do here.

(Although in theory I guess it could be from a group, I’m not sure, @sam?)

You would use site contact group name, that way that group would be included in all the system messages.
