È un bug o sto sbagliando qualcosa? Impostazioni per la dimensione del file impostate a 17 megabyte e ho provato a caricare un MP4 da 12,2 megabyte

There is a theme component Restrict uploads which blocks uploads for lower trust levels. Maybe you can extend that to be group-based instead of trust level based.
