Imposta l'immagine del post nelle card di Twitter su grande per default

Apologies if this is a stupid question but is it possible to set the images that’re displayed in a Twitter Card, in a tweet, to large (Summary with large image — Twitter Developers) by default?

Twitter is picking up the images from our posts without any issues but they’re being displayed as this size, alongside the description -

rather than this size, above the description (the same image, uploaded to Medium)

the larger images stand out more in the twitter feed.

I’m still hoping for the ability to customize twitter cards for each thread, but this would at least be a start.
