Settings file is not working properly

I have this yaml file in my theme;

Is_Cursor_Active:
  description:"Disables the Pointer cursor."
  type:boolean

It’s adding the setting, but not correctly.

I’m not sure why it’s doing this, does anybody know why?

Does it work without the quote makes?

I think it’s missing a space after the colon.

Yaml files are very particular about formatting, there are yaml linters and web-based yaml validators that can help avoid these problems.
