Do i really need to add admins

Correct – you do not need to add admins to the list because by default they can do everything.
But it might be smart move, because when that tab is opened after some time poor admin doesn’t need to wonder why the heck I didn’t give rights to anybody to start topics

Is it just something that is there by default and it doesn’t make sense to remove it, or is there any case where it is necessary?
It doesn’t bother me if it’s never necessary and it’s still there, but just wondering…?
I don’t know for certain but it’s possibly because you may want to create a category that only admins have access to.
I see, because if nothing is there, admins and staff have the same permissions, so by adding this, it limits to really just the admins.
My question in that case would be: does it make sense that the boxes for “admin” can be ticked, because it seems that admins can always See, Reply, Create, so I guess that the boxes are a bit irrelevant, right?
