Please update stable version of Discourse with fix “show correct avatar in post stream bar”. This fix is in master branch Discourse 2.6.0. Because after last update (we use only stable branch) all user avatars aren’t showing anymore.

It does not merge cleanly, assigning this to @pmusaraj (the owner of the change) who can have a look at backporting next week.

@iterle the commit https://github.com/discourse/discourse/commit/0e210df79a7aea2ca4f630bd36af1125cc25d39c fixes an issue with a new (and default off) feature added in https://github.com/discourse/discourse/commit/adda53c462088e8da0e9d85d6345fb3c29cd6961, which is in master and tests-passed but not in the stable branch.
Are your avatars missing literally everywhere on your site? Any error messages in the console or in logs? Any other changes to your environment?

Yes, they missing everywhere on our site. Where was attached avatar with foto, now we can see only white one color avatar, where avatar wasn’t attached, all seems as usual, with different colors and name’s fist character in uppercase. And employee avatars do not have the overlay layer as they had before.
