Show user card when clicking the "replying" user icon

Referring to the user icon such as:

Can this be updated to that user icon is clickable to show the user card? While on desktop hovering at least shows the username, this obviously doesn’t work on mobile. It would be really helpful if this user icon was clickable just like the icons shown for likes or in polls, especially when the user replying is using the default avatar for the instance.
