I would like to find a plugin that creates a list of links to similar topics for each post. I’ve seen a similar thing in this post, for instance.
I need it to look like this:
Is there any plugin for this? Thank you!

Do you mean suggested topics? That what you get below this topic?
But your screenshot is propably list of links that has been used in a topic. It comes automatically and isn’t similar/related per se.

This happens if a link to a topic is posted in the other topic.

and now this topic is linked there
