Slider page loading indicator does not work with header submenus

With the site setting page loading indicator set to slider and using header submenus, the slider does not appear at all.

I can’t repro: after enabling the component, I see the slider working on top of the header submenu:

I can repro, the issue is appears when the component’s setting Fixed mode is active.

When this setting is ON this component has the same z-index like slider loader which is hide the slider.
