As I understand it, one should adhere to these entries?
like = lajk
likes = lajki
like = lajkować
I know that the SJP (Dictionary of the Polish Language) allows such forms, but in my opinion, this is rather colloquial vocabulary, and in translation, I would prefer simply “polubienia” (likes/favorites), which is not an awkward term.
Was this glossary created after any agreements?
I dug this up because, generally, the Discourse translation is inconsistent in places, and I started unifying it, and then I suddenly discovered the glossary
Według mnie polubienia były by lepszą opcją. Ewentualnie zamiast lajki, polubienia można by było zrobić “podoba się x użytkownikom”. Wtedy nie trzeba by było się martwić o niepoprawne zakończenia.
