Specifying the gem dependecies for plugin - gem does not exist

This is not how you include gems,

Add your gem dependencies (all the dependency tree) to your plugin.rb file: https://github.com/xfalcox/discourse-backups-to-dropbox/blob/master/plugin.rb#L7-L13

The version has to be specific, you can not use ~>
