Description:

A new experimental review queue design has been released. This includes a new feature where staff may attach notes to review items.

:bug: A spurious dialog appears when navigating away from the review queue page after adding a note to a review item:

You didn’t submit your changes! Are you sure you want to leave?

Reproducible steps:

  1. Log into a forum where you have staff privileges.
  2. If not already, enable the “Reviewable UI refresh” site setting for a user group of which you are a member.
  3. Navigate to the review queue page (/review).
  4. Add some text to the “Add a note to provide context to other moderators.” field on a review item.
  5. Click the “Add note” button.
  6. Click any link in the forum interface to navigate to a different page on the forum.

:bug: The “You didn’t submit your changes!” dialog appears, even though you did indeed submit your changes.

Additional context:

I am of course not able to check whether the fault is reproducible on try.discourse.org due to lack of privileges. It is reproducible on Arduino Forum in “safe mode”.
