Subcategories and tag groups layout

Hi,

I plan to build an online auto parts community. I like the layout of your docs categories and tags of above webpage.

But can I add subcategories to the category and tag groups to the tags if my webpage layout is similar to that of the above webpage?

And how to add subcategories and tag groups to this kind of page layout?

The Dovs “Categories” here is using the Docs plugin.

There is also a theme component calles Docs card filter iirc.
