Small issue I noticed browsing meta:
Subcategories with box view are not proper links, i.e. CMD + click, or right click to open in new tab, do not work. Here for example: plugin - Discourse Meta
(Boxes with topics, however, do seem to work properly e.g. here: howto - Discourse Meta)
Can confirm. Boxes without topics do not appear to have an href target. cc @awesomerobot @Johani
