I have a small suggestion for the voting plugin: I would like to grant votes to (only) members of a specific custom groups, not based on trust level. (Not based on the active group, just if the member is in a particular group).
This would allow the use case of a patreon subscriber receiving votes (and potentially even a higher tier subscriber receiving more votes).
