"Suppress category from latest topics" Unless it has comments

Hi,
I suppress from the homepage a category that has many many posts that will otherwise flood the homepage.
99% of them are uninteresting posts, so no big loss… but a few of them are interesting, and because of that they have replies from users. I wish there was a way to un-suppress topics that have replies

I’m interested in creating some categories where people are encouraged to create new topics liberally (for example, sharing links or “TIL” type posts). I’m concerned about this cluttering up the front page and I’m aware of the “hide topics in this category from latest” setting. Many of the topics would likely receive no replies.
