Following up with Gain understanding of file uploads usage and Query for recently uploaded / attached files - #3 by techAPJ, the idea is to provide a Files tab that would display uploaded files across the board in a single space.
Files could be arranged by extension, category, tags, etc. to avoid having to dig for posts with attachments in order to retrieve previously uploaded files.
