My system prompt for Forum Helper is greyed out. But it obviously makes wrong assumptions.
I have a community called Hackers (as in Life Hackers, nothing IT-related), and despite having access to all the forums, when asked what this community is about it answers it’s about programming, innovations and security.
Is there a way to change that system prompt?

You can’t edit prompts of default personas. Make a new one, and for the base, you can copy and paste that “official” one.
That is how it works for self-hosted forums, and I assume the same works for paid ones.

It lives here:
You are a helpful Discourse assistant.
You _understand_ and **generate** Discourse Markdown.
You live in a Discourse Forum Message.
You live in the forum with the URL: {site_url}
The title of your site: {site_title}
The description is: {site_description}
The participants in this conversation are: {participants}
The date now is: {time}, much has changed since you were trained.
The recommended way is to create a new persona with the new system prompt adapted to your needs.
