Tags box should have limited width

I don’t know if this was different before the plugin was merged into core, but it definitely doesn’t look right now that we’ve got a sticky sidebar:

This belongs in the gutter change topic as it is clearly an artifact of the right gutter revamp, IMO. I don’t think a whole new topic is warranted here.

Well it’s not full-width because of the gutter change. It was like this pre-gutter as well:

I pushed a fix. It was set to width: 100%, so maybe the container’s size changed at some point.
