Text field in chat gets active only after clicking on a link

Hi there,

Is anyone having the same issue? Chat text field doesn’t work until I click on the link inside the chat :roll_eyes:

Any help will be very much appreciated!

Hi @Helga_Razinkova,

Which browser are you using please? I can’t repro this so far on chrome/mac.

Does it happen in private navigation? Do you know other users having the same issue?

Hi @joffreyjaffeux, thank you for looking into this!

I’m using Chrome too, and I see the same issue in incognito mode. The problem was reported by a client, but I’m not sure how widespread it is.
