Fullscreen chat behaves strangely when zooming in/out

When full-screen in chat, zooming in causes the chat bar to go up in a weird fashion that does not look like it is behaving like intended.

I can repro on my smartphone. :+1:

I couldn’t repro on Desktop and assume it’s specific to smartphones/tablets (touch screens?).

It was reproduced on a desktop browser, note the mouse in the footage
