This is an inspiring platform with the opportunity for the future of the internet to be powered by independent communities, free from the centralized control structures of past systems that have been a limitation to liberty.
Have been a member of a discourse community site for about two years now, great to be able to have important and meaningful talks with folks from many different countries.
Launching my own community site has been kind of slow so far, but great to be able to publish material in the public view internet for outreach in activism for justice and diplomacy with local and regional governments.
