I’ve installed this theme-component on Discourse 3.1.0.beta6 (56e792df9b), but I don’t have the option in the sidebar at all:
Am I missing something?

Do you have any user-selectable themes? you’ll need at least two enabled for this to appear, it’s controlled by this checkbox in a theme’s settings at admin/customize/themes
