Time read does not display as it should on mobile

What is that a screenshot of? User summary?

Ah, that’s the users page. I can reproduce this on Meta but only when filtered to All Time. Year, Quarter, Month, etc. all appear to work.

Aside: we only seem to display “Time Read” for when filtered to all - is that intentional?

Yes I forgot to mention its the filter is set to ALL TIME

Yup, that’s because that value is a global counter on the user_stats table.
