Is ist possible to create a post as a moderator / admin which will appear as a notification for all users? Like, if there is a update of the ToS all users should get a notification so they are aware of the change.

Best would be, that they need to accept the ToS again.

No,
They don’t get an update if you update ToS or FaQ. You should let the users know that you have changed them. If you want them to accept it again perhaps make a topic and add this plugin to your site. :slight_smile:
