Topics don't seem to load on my 3DS web browser

Hi, I’m having issues with topics not loading on my 3DS web browser. Any idea if/when we can expect support for the 3DS?

Hey @orangeandblack5,

The 3DS is pretty long in the tooth now, the browser is based on code which was released 12 years ago.

Discourse is designed for the next 10 years of the Internet, so the minimum browser requirements are high.

Discourse supports the latest, stable releases of all major browsers and platforms:

  • Microsoft Edge
  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Apple Safari

Additionally, we aim to support Safari on iOS 12.5+ until January 2023 (Discourse 3.0).

If Discourse ever worked on a 3DS is probably wasn’t by design.
